Mother's Day weekend was sooooo much fun! Gildos came into town on Friday night and we went and met Nat for drinks. Then on Saturday we met Mel and Jaime for lunch. Saturday night was Kimmies bachelorette party. We hired Top Chef, Tiffany Derry, to come and cook dinner for a group of us. So... I guess you could say it was a "grown up" bachelorette party. It was so much fun and I swear I ate my weight in the food she cooked. Hungry Hungry Hippo!! It was a weekend I had been looking forward to for a long time. Getting to see Kimmies and all the girls was so special and a much needed "break" for me. However, Jules and I laughed the next week because it took us until about Thursday into the next week to recover from the weekend.
I am a wife, a new mom, and a girl just trying to make a $1 out of $.15(joking)...I am known by some as Ebes, and will answer to Erin, Ebes, Ebe Era, Ebbity, or hey you. I love (in no generic order) my husband who makes me laugh every day, my 2 sweet little boys who have filled my heart with more joy than I thought was even possible, my puppy (she's 5) Bella, my family, my friends who are my rocks and keep me from going crazy (or do they make me crazy?), baking, wine, water, boats, vacations, summer, Christmas, shopping, reading, Texas, ice cream, happy hour on a porch, and many other simple pleasures in life...
