Kiawah Island

We packed up the whole family and headed to South Carolina at the end of July. Noni and Hampaw rented an awesome house, so the 4 White's, the 2 Almquist's, and the 5 Glaze's all met up to spend the week in Kiawah. We swam in the ocean, rode our bikes everywhere, went into Charleston to the aquarium, visited an aircraft carrier, rode our bikes some more, went to the nature house to see the animals, and played on the big porches at the house. And despite Cooper getting really sick and not sleeping AT ALL...we still had a blast and can't wait to go back next year!!

We took the boys to the aircraft carrier. This is P sitting on the old gunner, just like his Granddaddy Almquist fought on in WWII.

This sums up our family right now...Chaos...and I cant get the picture to turn, but what are ya gonna do?

We woke up super early EVERY morning at the beach...but we won't go into that :)

Cooper LOVED the beach. He loved to walk along the sand and pick up sticks that he would then go up to people (whomever might be passing by) and poke them with it...stinker!

at the airport on the way home...our plane kept getting delayed and we were at the airport for over 5 hours. Our boys were ANGELS!! They did not fuss once and I was one proud mommy :)
